Allison has been passionate about fitness her entire life. She got her start teaching dance and parlayed that into teaching Pilates, Spinning, group exercise and personal training. These days, Allison can be found most every day on a bike, reformer, or in her garage gym.
I am a lover of learning & what I enjoy most about teaching is opening up a path of discovery,
an infinite journey to self-exploration. My approach is not confined to poses & movements that
exercise the body. It also encompasses breathing techniques & practices that explore & inspire
the mind & heart. I believe this practice is about finding out what is best for you, your body,
mind & heart. I pledge to apply my knowledge & experience to best benefit you. I’m incredibly
grateful to all the teachers & individuals (past, present & future) who continue to encourage &
inspire me on a daily basis. I am forever a student.

Thoughtful cues coupled with space to explore, encourage movement from a place of inner peace and from the heart. Her gentle nature and challenging enthusiasm ensures lasting calm energy and revitalization.
Casey has had the blessed opportunity to complete her 200 hour teacher training in Houston, TX at YogaOne in 2012 as well as her 300 hour teacher training with the Jivamukti School of Yoga in Costa Rica in 2014 and the Radiantly Alive 300 hour teacher training in Ubud, Bali in 2015. A yoga student since 2012 and teacher since 2019, Kasey’s teaching style is a combination of dynamic, fitness-inspired and gentle. Using simple and creative sequencing, with an emphasis on healthy alignment and intentional movement, she creates a safe space for students to explore their own movements and discover what their bodies are capable of. Kasey’s classes are taught Vinyasa style, and include a variety of basic and challenging yoga postures that also incorporate restorative elements and pranayama breath work for a practice that is strenuous, yet calming and
stress-relieving. Her understanding nature enables her to create an asana experience that is accessible to all students regardless of fitness level or aptitude.
A lifelong student and lover of all types of dance, including ballet, tap, jazz, and salsa, Kasey became a student of Zumba ® in 2015 and a certified instructor in 2019. Karri Windsor teaches a free flowing Vinyasa with a touch of Ashtanga. She is a RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance after receiving her training at Cherry Blossom Yoga in 2019, and is currently working towards her RYT 500 certification. Growing up, Karri was a teacher pleasing rule follower, so it is no surprise that she became an Ashtangi. Through her years of practicing a variety of yoga styles and teaching Vinyasa she has experienced a lot of personal growth. She now feels comfortable coloring outside the lines and finding freedom and creativity in the flow. Karri’s classes help students find self-acceptance on the mat whether they are following the rules or not.
Jason’s yoga journey has quite literally been a gift; it all started with a class package given to him as a birthday present. It only took one class to hook him, and before he knew it, he was throwing himself into his practice. Just a few short years later he completed his first 200 hour teacher training at The Woodlands Yoga Studio in order to share the gifts of yoga with others.
Studentship is important to Jason and he continually furthers his yoga education. IN addition to regular classes every week, he frequently attends workshops and makes time to study other forms of movement to bring into both his personal practice and his classes. Jason also loves to play with all the toys, finding ways to integrate props into nearly every practice.
Melony Bergeron began her yoga journey 12 years ago as a way to help her cope with anxiety and depression. The stress of everyday life was peaking, and she was searching for a way to help ease her body and mind. She attended her first yoga class and was hooked on this practice by the end of that class. Her yoga teacher training was completed in 2016 and she has taught regularly since then. She enjoys sharing this transformational practice with all that are ready to learn!
