Happy New Year!
There might be setbacks, trips, falls, and frustrations, but are you moving forward?
Many of my clients have shared their frustrations with their workouts because they have gotten injured at some point, had to stop their workout for a variety of reasons, or have stalled. I always ask them, are you further down the road than when you started?
What is their answer? It’s always a yes! Remember on your journey to better health, you are great as you are. You might have a stall out, but you are on the right path! Be confident in you!!!!
Being on the right path does not always mean smooth sailing either. We are all here to enjoy the journey, remember our goals, and keep moving forward.
On the thought of goals…..They can shift, pivot, and change. Sometimes we set a goal and then realize that goal won’t further us the way we thought or wanted. So we can change the path! We have the power to change the path. Does that mean we failed? No. In fact, admitting that we needed to pivot is huge!!! It’s a great place to be.
