I love going into CrossFit’s and sharing Pilates. Pilates works the intrinsic muscles which help balance the big muscle movers that CrossFit works so well to develop. If we don’t have the balance between the big muscle movers and the smaller stabilizers, it opens us up for injury. I will come to your box and offer Pilates mat classes or integrative workshops featuring the shoulders, hips, and core. I incorporate the Pilates movements to what CrossFitters do in class so all of the information can be used to the athletes benefit right away!
